Responsibilities Manage and expand existing customer accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities to increase sales revenue. Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers across on-trade and off-trade channels to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Promote the company’s portfolio of wines, spirits, sake, beer, and other alcoholic beverages to customers and prospects to increase product awareness and sales. Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, promotional plans, and product recommendations that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and promotional activities such as product tastings, trade events, and brand activation programs to engage customers and boost brand presence. Develop business opportunities within the on-trade sector, including hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, clubs, and hospitality establishments to expand market reach. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide timely and actionable market intelligence to management. Achieve assigned sales targets, distribution objectives, and business development goals through effective sales strategies and execution. Maintain accurate sales records, customer visit reports, order tracking, and monthly sales performance reports to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.
