Qualifications & Experience Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource, Business and/or related disciplines Payroll Process (80+ Headcounts): 1-2 Years HR Generalist: 1-2 Years Responsibilities Full spectrum of Payroll computation inclusive of CPF submission & P-files Perform the entire recruitment process from posting, screening to making employment offers Review recruitment, policies and sourcing strategies on a regular basis Prepare HR documentation for new & existing employees Administering staff’s benefits, welfares, company’s events and training programs Enrol & participate for graduate hire programs, internships, career fairs, etc Organize staff’s events and activities such as team building and recognition programs. Administering Foreign Workers’ accommodation, work passes and repatriation arrangements Work closely with MOM, BCA & JTC on work passes, permits renewals, tax clearance and surveys matters Liaise with Insurers to handle work injury claims and file reports to MOM Month-end generating of HR & Payroll reports (Pivot Tables) Assist and coordinate to launch in Performance Management system Requirements Proficient in Office 365 (Advanced Excel –Vlookup & Pivot Tables), HR & Payroll application Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply Strong Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills Diligently and good time management Meticulous and strong Moral principles Ability to work independently and meet deadlines We thank you for your interest Keen candidates are invited to submit their detailed resume to yee#wrc.com.sg (Due to scripting issues, kindly change # to the regular email address symbol) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
