About the Role Join a growing Taiwanese F&B brand dedicated to serving premium chicken soup and quality dining experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are keen to learn, training will be provided for suitable candidates. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to standard operating procedures. Plate soups, grilled dishes, and side items accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards. Replenish ingredients, sauces, and kitchen supplies. Support smooth kitchen operations during peak meal periods. Minimise food wastage and maintain proper stock handling. Clean kitchen equipment and workstations. Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager. Requirements Prior experience in kitchen, food preparation, or F&B operations is advantageous but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit to perform kitchen duties and stand for extended periods. Able to commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays. Working Hours 44 working hours per week 5–6 days work week (rostered) Outlet operating hours: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM Shift schedule assigned according to operational requirements Location Primary: Woodleigh Mall Deployment to Telok Ayer outlet may be required based on operational needs.
