Company Overview Join a premium restaurant and whisky bar dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences in an elegant and welcoming environment. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who enjoy providing excellent service and are keen to grow in the hospitality industry. Structured training in whisky knowledge and premium service standards will be provided. Roles & Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and beverages according to company standards. Recommend menu items and beverages to customers. Handle customer enquiries and ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas. Perform opening and closing duties. Process customer payments using the POS system. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in product knowledge training, including beverage tasting where applicable. Carry out other duties assigned by the Management. Requirements Previous experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential. Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively in English to serve customers and support daily operations. Willing to learn about premium food and beverage service. Comfortable participating in product tasting during training where required. Able to work the required evening shift. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
