About the Role The Senior Director, Global Services – ASEAN & India is a key member of the APAC Global Services leadership team, responsible for driving services growth, delivery excellence, and customer success across the region. This leader oversees a combined organization of Services Sales (Services Executives) and Engagement Management, with end-to-end accountability across services go-to-market (GTM), bookings, portfolio delivery, and customer outcomes. The role requires close partnership with Sales, Customer Experience teams, Product, and Partner ecosystem teams to accelerate new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across all engagements. A key dimension of the role alongside positioning value for customers from expertise and capabilities of Workday Global Services organization is to also embed Workday Success Plans (WSP) into customer engagements and drive AI-led GTM motions, positioning Workday as a strategic platform for transformation. This role reports to the Vice President, APAC Global Services. Key Responsibilities GTM & Business Growth Define and execute the Global Services GTM strategy across ASEAN and India, aligned to regional and global priorities Drive services bookings, revenue growth, and pipeline generation, including platform value expansion through Workday Success Plans (WSP) Improve win rates and deal quality through strong deal shaping, positioning, and value articulation Partner with Sales to land, expand, and accelerate adoption across new and existing customers Lead AI-led GTM initiatives, embedding Workday’s AI offerings and capabilities into solution positioning, services offerings, and customer value narratives Drive Customer Success Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on value realization across the lifecycle Position Global Services offerings across Customer Journey to accelerate time to value Drive adoption of Workday Success Plans (WSP) to enable continuous engagement, proactive support, and long-term value realization Strengthen executive-level customer engagement to drive confidence, adoption, and expansion Collaborate with Global Partner Organization teams to help build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment on delivery quality and customer outcomes Delivery & Operational Excellence Own the success of the regional services portfolio, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes Drive AI-powered delivery practices, including automation, accelerators, and scalable methodologies to improve speed and quality Establish strong forecasting discipline, operational rigor, and performance management across the business Build a performance-driven culture with clear metrics across bookings, delivery, utilization, and customer success Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and portfolio governance Leadership & Team Development Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing team of services sales and engagement managers/ project directors Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development ​Coach and develop leaders across GTM and delivery functions, including building AI fluency and consultative selling capabilities About You Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting services and/or services sales 10+ years of experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios, ideally in cloud-based environments 8+ years of experience leading regional teams across…
