Wph - Applications Development Manager

Responsibilities Assist in development and support of software applications Support requirements gathering and documentation activities Liaise with stakeholders to clarify basic user requirements Contribute to Proof-of-Concept development and testing Assist in application design, coding, and implementation tasks Support testing activities including unit and integration testing Monitor application performance and report issues Follow security, risk, and development best practices Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint reviews Collaborate with team members across development, QA, and operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Open to fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects Candidates with a few years relevant working experience will be preferred Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Understanding of web applications, APIs, or databases Exposure to cloud platforms or development tools is an advantage Willingness to learn application architecture and system integration Basic knowledge of security and coding best practices Good communication and teamwork skills
