Role Summary and Impact The VP, Regional Analytics & Measurement Lead will serve as the senior analytics executive for the Google APAC business within Media Futures Group. The role is accountable for ensuring that analytics becomes a strategic growth and trust lever for the Google relationship, rather than a reporting function. This leader will own the APAC measurement and analytics agenda across Google markets, partner with senior Google and MFG stakeholders, guide market and offshore teams, elevate analytics visibility in planning and leadership forums, and drive the next generation of measurement, AI-enabled analytics and scalable productised solutions. Strategic Mandate · Be the senior APAC analytics partner for the Google account, trusted by MFG leadership, Google stakeholder sand market teams on measurement, analytics quality and business interpretation. · Raise client confidence in analytics outputs by improving consistency, clarity, quality assurance, methodology transparency and senior-stakeholder communication. · Unify the APAC measurement agenda across brand, Engagement, campaign effectiveness, incrementality, Google MMMs, application of Creative Codex learnings, offline measurement and total brand campaign measurement. · Turn analytics from a service line into a visible leadership capability in Google planning, HBRs, QBRs, market reviews and key business decisions. · Develop a stronger MFG analytics operating model across regional, market, offshore, data science, automation and delivery teams. · Identify and scale analytics innovations that can support MFG growth, Google priorities and WPP Media productisation. Google Account Leadership Responsibilities 1. Senior Google stakeholder partnership · Act as the senior analytics counterpart for Google APAC stakeholders on campaign measurement, brand analytics, methodology, data credibility and analytics roadmap topics. · Support high-stakes Google conversations where analytics quality, campaign interpretation, market measurement, data gaps or client confidence are at risk. · Translate complex analytics work into crisp business language suitable for Google regional marketing ,measurement and market leadership audiences. · Represent MFG analytics in planning reviews, HBRs, QBRs, leadership updates and market-level prioritisation forums. · Build confidence that MFGanalytics is a proactive advisory capability, not a reactive reporting function. 2. APAC Market Analytics leadership · Create a consistent APAC measurement and analytics operating model while accommodating local-market maturity, data availability and client priorities. · Ensure markets have clear standards for campaign readouts, brand measurement, experimentation, MMM, dashboard interpretation and insight quality. · Partner with market analytics ,planning, activation and client-service leads to ensure analytics recommendations are embedded in business decisions. · Help markets move from fragmented measurement requests to a more coherent Google APAC analytics agenda. · Act as an escalation point for recurring analytics quality, stakeholder confidence or delivery-model issues. 3. MFG Analytics operating model · Design and improve how regional analytics, market teams, offshore delivery, data science, automation and operations work together on Google analytics priorities. · Create clear governance for intake, prioritisation, staffing, QA, delivery standards, documentation and escalation. · Strengthen the bridge between BAU campaign measurement and innovation / productisation workstreams. · Define role clarity across analytics leads, delivery teams, technical specialists and client-facing stakeholders. · Partner with operations and staffing leads to ensure the analytics operating model is sustainable as Google demand grows.
