Project Engineer

PROJECT ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing & sanitary (P&S) installation works for assigned projects. Review drawings, technical specifications, and coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship comply with design and authority standards. Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions for approval. Conduct site inspections to ensure installation works meet approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with other trades (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural) to resolve site clashes. Prepare project documentation including progress reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings. Monitor project progress, control cost, and ensure timely completion of works. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and company safety policies. Attend site meetings and assist the Project Manager in handling technical issues and variation orders. Any other business-related matters assigned by the Management/Head office. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field. BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary or M&E projects. Good knowledge of PUB, BCA, and NEA regulations. Able to interpret technical drawings and coordinate multiple trades. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
