Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve targets Research prospects and generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person to promote products and services Respond promptly to customer questions, inquiries, and complaints to ensure satisfaction Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs Manage the sales process using designated software programs to track progress and outcomes Build and maintain an up-to-date CRM database to support sales activities Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive business growth Participate actively in sales team meetings to share insights and align strategies Required competencies and certifications High School Diploma Minimum 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction Excellent phone and presentation skills to engage clients professionally Good negotiation and problem-solving skills to close sales and resolve issues Excellent customer service and sales skills to build lasting client relationships
