Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Attend site, coordination, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and statutory requirements. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of construction practices, project planning, and safety regulations. Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
