About this role

The Admin cum HR Assistant supports administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and effective human resources management. Job Responsibilities: Enquiry & Complaint Handling: Assist in managing and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from Subsidiary Proprietors (SPs) and tenants. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including the collation of weekly and monthly submissions. Customer Service: Answer phones and receive requests from SPs/tenants professionally with a positive and helpful attitude. Mail Management: Manage mail franking and distribute incoming and outgoing mails. Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping. Filing & Documentation: Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the properties. Inventory & Office Maintenance: Maintain inventory of office stationery, keep equipment maintenance records, and perform general administrative duties as needed. Recruitment Support : Arrange interviews and meetings for HR-related activities. Payroll Preparation : Verifying attendance, overtime, medical, and dental claims, and maintaining leave and HR records. HR Record Maintenance : Maintain employee records by tracking hires, work permit, terminations, leave (annual, sick, OIL, etc).
