Join Our Growing Team We are looking for aproactive and organised Warehouse Operations Admin to join our expanding team. If you enjoy coordinating logistics, managing inventory and working closely with customers and warehouse operations, we would love to hear from you. This newly established position offers the opportunity totake ownership of warehouse administration processes and contribute directly tothe company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations • Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery • Liaise with customers, warehouse personnel and freight forwarders on shipmentarrangements • Prepare and process operational documents • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels • Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies • Follow up with customers on shipmentand delivery status • Support pick-and-pack activities to ensure smooth order fulfilment • Coordinate inward and outward shipment activities Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse administration or logisticsexperience • Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication and coordination skills • Familiarity with e-commerce order processing will be an advantage • Responsible, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us? ✓ Opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations administration ✓ Growing company with long-term career prospects ✓ Dynamic and supportive team environment ✓ Exposure to logistics, inventory and customer operations ✓ Remuneration commensurate with experience Working Location & Hours 📍 Tuas (Walking distance from Gul Circle MRT) 🕒5days works (can choose to have a weekday off)
