Accounts Executive

Join Our Growing Team We are a fast-growing IT solution and warehouse company located in Tuas. As part of our continued expansion, we are creating a new Accounts Executive position to strengthen our finance operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute beyond day-to-day accounting work and gain valuable exposure to process improvement and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions accurately to maintain a partial set of accounts and ensure up-to-date bookkeeping Prepare GST submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements Generate invoices, payment vouchers, and accounting entries to support financial operations Perform bank reconciliations to verify and maintain accurate financial records Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities to support timely financial statements Support the setup and implementation of new accounting software to improve accounting processes Assist in coordinating overseas shipment arrangements to facilitate logistics operations Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience demonstrating independent work capability Preferred competencies and qualifications Meticulous and responsible work approach Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow Other Information Working Location & Hours 📍Tuas (Walking distance from Gul Circle MRT) 🕒 Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 6.00pm 🕒 One Saturday per month: 9.30am – 1.00pm Interested applicants are invited to submit their updatedresume, expected salary and avilability.
