Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design (include database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance. • Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, translating them into application specifications. • Project Management skills. • Vendor Management skills.
