Job Summary You will provide professional consultations and performfacial and skin treatments to meet clients’ aesthetic needs, support doctorswith treatment care, and contribute to sales targets while maintaining highhygiene standards in a client-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide professional consultations to assess clients’ aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments Perform basic facial and skin treatments following training to ensure client safety and satisfaction Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering attentive service to promote satisfaction and retention Achieve individual and team sales targets through ethical and consultative sales practices Assist doctors with pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care to support clinical procedures Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms to comply with health and safety protocols Follow up with clients to monitor treatment progress and address any concerns promptly Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industry preferred Sales-driven with effective communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude Ability to work retail hours, including Saturdays Team player with a proactive mindset Other Information Benefits Competitive base salary with high commission structure (uncapped earnings) Personal sales commission, group sales incentives, product incentives, and hands-on fee 5-day work week with rest day on Sunday and public holidays 14 days Annual Leave with an additional day for every 12 months of service Structured training and mentorship program Clear career progression pathway (Senior Consultant / Outlet Manager roles) Supportive and positive team culture Convenient clinic locations near MRT stations Staff treatment benefits Work Location: Parkway Parade
