Business Development Manager (5.5 Days, Paya Lebar, Fashion Accessory Industry)

Job Title: Business Development Manager Salary: $3,600 - $4,000 (Based on Experience) Location: Paya Lebar Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM • Monthly Rest Days: 6 Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities and expand the corporate client network • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, executives, and key decision-makers • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings • Promote the company's premium leather products and services • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and achieve sales targets • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities Requirements: • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field • At least 3 years of business development, corporate sales, or account management experience • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong business acumen with a professional image and good sense of style • Experience or knowledge in luxury retail, leather products, or leather repair is an advantage • Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage Additional Information: • Sales commission of 2%–3% based on performance • Opportunity to represent a premium leather bag and footwear brand at corporate events and exhibitions
