Dental Clinic Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise the clinic team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Manage the overall operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards. Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering of supplies, and invoice administration. Conduct daily morning briefings with the clinic team to communicate operational updates and priorities. Oversee the maintenance and management of the clinic's facilities, including cleanliness, safety, equipment functionality, and general upkeep. Ensure compliance with all applicable Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and other statutory requirements, including licences, maintenance schedules, and insurance matters. Plan and conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and competency assessments. Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate and monitor marketing initiatives and business development activities to support the clinic's growth. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other computer systems. Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, vendors, and regulatory authorities, and to prepare operational documentation and reports. Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
