Dental Clinic Assistant

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule and manage patient appointments. Respond to patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via messaging platforms. Register and maintain accurate patient records using the clinic's computer system. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the clinic's daily operations. Provide administrative support to dentists and other clinic staff as required. Carry out other duties assigned by the employer from time to time. Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience in a dental clinic, medical clinic, or healthcare administrative environment. Able to communicate effectively in English to interact with patients and colleagues. Basic computer literacy and experience using office or clinic management systems. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Well-organised, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willing to learn and perform assigned duties.
