Company Overview We are a growing company in the construction industry specialising in Building, Plumbing & Sanitary works. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to deliver construction projects successfully. Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve issues promptly. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; prepare and present regular reports to management to inform decision-making. Ensure all projects comply with BCA regulations, workplace safety standards, and environmental requirements. Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and quality. Mentor and support site teams to build capabilities and achieve project objectives. Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction projects, preferably with plumbing and sanitary works. Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent project management software. Preferred competencies and qualifications Excellent leadership skills demonstrated by managing teams to meet project goals. Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and report project status. Problem-solving skills applied to overcome project challenges and maintain progress.
