Supervise the cleaning procedures at the end of the shift to ensure all workstations and equipment are properly disinfected. 7. Ensure kitchen efficiency by reducing waste, controlling food costs, and optimizing work processes. 8. Understand cooking methods and processes, and possess proficient knife skills. 9.
