Senior Consultant, Casa PMO Support (Korean Or Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities: Plan and lead Ops team as PMO for implementing FLEXCUBE CASA module for Korea Branch. Creating plan and support BA to define the business requirements and ensure the system coverage. Progress and issue management also included. Support the Project Manager and client’s PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and other project management documentation. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring any delays or risks are promptly identified and escalated. Assist in preparing and consolidating weekly or monthly project status reports for both internal and client stakeholders. Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework, compliance standards, and documentation templates. Coordinate with various workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution. Assist with change request management, risk and issue tracking, and lessons learned documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in top-tier or leading consulting firms with a focus on the banking industry projects. Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across overseas offices.
