About the Role: You will design, develop, and implement business process automation and workflow solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary focus on Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. You will create intuitive, effective, and visually appealing applications, leveraging advanced UI/UX principles to optimize user experience, and manage data relationships with Microsoft Dataverse. Additional exposure to UiPath or Blue Prism is beneficial, but the main focus is Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy Power Apps solutions—with strong emphasis on UI/UX—to deliver applications that are clear, accessible, and drive high user adoption. Develop complex, secure, and scalable applications utilizing Dataverse for structured data storage, modeling, and business process logic. Design automated workflows and process integrations via Power Automate, supporting cross-platform connectivity (e.g., with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or third-party systems). Where needed, build RPA automations using Blue Prism or UiPath. Gather requirements from stakeholders; translate business needs into technical specifications for digital forms, applications, and workflow automation. Conduct UI/UX testing, user feedback sessions, and iterative redesign to maximize usability and accessibility.
