Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role requires deep technical and functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead diverse project teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving digital HR transformation and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Design and implement scalable, integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions across modules like Employee Central (EC), Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and others. Translate business requirements into innovative solutions, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Ensure alignment with client HR strategy and enterprise architecture. Project Leadership: Lead and guide project teams through all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems, payroll, and core ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Payroll). Manage risk, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on HR digital transformation initiatives.
