Job Summary We are seeking a strong, delivery-driven SAP ERP Project Manager to lead medium and large complex SAP ERP implementations (S/4HANA ). The ideal candidate will bring strong financial control, senior stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery ownership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader, not a coordinator, someone who can take full accountability for delivery, challenge stakeholders when needed, and drive execution with discipline and clarity. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance Own end-to-end delivery of SAP ERP projects from initiation through go-live and hyper care Establish and manage project governance, delivery structure, RACI, and escalation mechanisms Develop and execute detailed project plans, milestones, and critical paths Proactively identify risks and issues, driving mitigation plans and timely resolutions Financial Management (Key Skill) Full ownership of project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing milestones, and margin management Manage Fixed Price and Time & Material project models with strong financial discipline Monitor effort consumption versus plan and take corrective actions early Control scope changes and assess commercial and financial impact before approval Ensure financial transparency and avoid cost overruns or delivery surprises Stakeholder Management (Key Skill) Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Business Heads, Steering Committee) Build trust with stakeh…
