About the Role This role focuses on driving transformation through AI-led solutions by identifying high-value opportunities and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement GenAI-powered automation initiatives, improving operational efficiency and return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities • Analyze business processes and refine ROI models using actual operational and financial data • Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and digital transformation • Design and deliver Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions using Generative AI technologies • Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to define data requirements for AI initiatives • Lead project management activities, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication (PMO responsibilities) • Ensure alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices • Translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions • Present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or related roles • Proficiency in Japanese (N1) is required as this role involves regular communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and review of business and technical materials in Japanese • Strong proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration and documentation • Experience in project management or PMO functions • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks • Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI analysis and data-driven decision-making • Ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Generative AI technologies and tools • Exposure to automation platforms and AI solution deployment • Consulting experience in transformation or operational excellence initiatives • Familiarity with data architecture and governance concepts About the Company / Team We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
