Technical Architect

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of scalable and secure HCM solutions. This role plays a critical part in translating business needs into robust technical architectures, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that are resilient, upgrade-safe, and optimized for long-term business value. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design of end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM technical architecture, including integrations, data migration, reporting, and extensions • Define and govern integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies • Ensure all solutions follow SaaS principles, maintaining scalability, security, and upgrade compatibility • Develop and manage environment strategies across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments • Oversee environment refreshes, deployment governance, and configuration migration processes • Plan and manage Oracle quarterly updates and patch cycles, ensuring system readiness and minimal disruption • Drive performance monitoring and tuning efforts, resolving technical issues in collaboration with delivery teams • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical execution plans • Lead technical discussions, design workshops, and documentation to support delivery lifecycle Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM technical roles • Proven experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations • Strong hands-on experience with: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Fast Formula Oracle PaaS tools • Solid understanding of integration architecture and Oracle Cloud security models • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment • Strong stakeholder communication and solutioning skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with large-scale or multi-country HCM implementations • Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools beyond OTBI (e.g., BI Publisher) • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies • Ability to mentor technical teams and guide architecture decisions About the Company / Team We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
