Join Ace Building Services – Building Smarter Infrastructure Together Ace Building Services is a growing engineering and infrastructure company specializing in electrical, plumbing, and smart utility solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter to join our technical team and support the preparation of high-quality engineering drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and revise electrical and plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD. Produce construction, coordination, and as-built drawings. Assist engineers and project managers in drawing preparation and updates. Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines. Prepare drawings for authority submissions where required. Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and company standards. Maintain proper drawing records and document control. Support site teams with drawing revisions throughout project execution. Requirements Diploma, ITE, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Drafting, Building Services, or a related field. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D). Experience with Revit/BIM will be an advantage. Experience preparing electrical and/or plumbing drawings is preferred. Good understanding of M&E construction drawings. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD skills are welcome to apply. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Singapore building and M&E practices. Familiarity with coordination drawings. Basic understanding of BIM workflows. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
