We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Sanitary) to strengthen our project team and support our expanding portfolio. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions for plumbing projects. Take off quantities from drawings and specifications. Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost comparisons and procurement recommendations. Manage project costs, variations and final accounts. Evaluate subcontractor claims and prepare progress payment claims. Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure timely procurement and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation. Assist in contract administration and commercial matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in plumbing or M&E projects. Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and contract administration. Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off software.
