Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

Join Our Growing Team Ace Building Services is a Singapore-based M&E contractor specializing in electrical, plumbing, and smart infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, procurement, and contract administration for our expanding portfolio of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities. Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions. Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders. Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations. Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure projects remain within budget. Track material procurement and subcontractor performance. Maintain proper project cost records and documentation. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E projects (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply). Good understanding of electrical systems and construction practices. Able to read electrical drawings and specifications. Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
