Senior Engineer, Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma)

Key Responsibilities Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using Lean methodologies. Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements. Partner with Operations, Quality, Finance, Warehouse, and Digital Transformation teams. Align improvement initiatives with business goals, KPIs, and cost-saving targets. Coach and mentor Lean/Six Sigma practitioners. Support process automation, digitalization, and data analytics initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. 8 years of manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Analysis experience. Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement projects. Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience with Minitab, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and manufacturing digitalization/automation projects. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Root Cause Analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
