Beautician

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Beautician to provide facial, skincare, and beauty treatments while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong beauty treatment skills, a passion for skincare, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, acne care, and skin rejuvenation treatments Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products Provide beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, and basic beauty treatments where applicable Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and a positive treatment experience Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools Prepare treatment rooms, machines, products, and materials before each session Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits Maintain accurate customer treatment records and follow-up appointments Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field preferred Previous experience in beauty salons, facial centres, aesthetic clinics, or wellness centres is an advantage Knowledge of skincare products, skin types, and facial treatment techniques Good communication and customer service skills Sales-oriented with confidence in recommending products and packages Professional appearance and grooming Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
