Manufacturing Operator (Immediate Hiring)

The Responsibilities Set up, operate, and oversee manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Carry out product and material transfers to support daily production requirements. Comply with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and PPE requirements at all times. Assist with packaging, inspection, inventory counts, and production support activities. Report equipment abnormalities, process deviations, or safety concerns promptly. Maintain an organized and safe work environment in accordance with company standards. The Requirements Minimum GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to hygiene requirements. Open to working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule Capable of handling materials and performing production-related tasks safely. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing systems will be an added advantage. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential, as training will be provided.
