About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design and deliver precision mechanical systems for advanced semiconductor and automation equipment. In this role, you will be involved in the full engineering lifecycle — from concept and design to system integration and deployment — working on high-performance equipment used in real-world manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in bringing innovative engineering solutions to life. What You’ll Work On Precision mechanical systems for semiconductor and high-precision automation equipment Motion systems, tolerance-critical assemblies, and system-level integrations End-to-end product development — from concept design to manufacturing and customer deployment Key Responsibilities 🔹 Mechanical Design& Development Translate system requirements into robust mechanical designs and sub-system specifications Perform component selection, tolerance analysis, and motion system design to achieve high performance and reliability Develop and validate design concepts aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirements 🔹 System Integration& Validation Lead system integration, testing, and validation across development, manufacturing, and customer-site phases Ensure systems meet performance, quality, and reliability expectations Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during system build and commissioning 🔹 Project Ownership& Lifecycle Management Manage engineering activities across the full product lifecycle, from concept through release to manufacturing Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery Drive technical issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives 🔹 Collaboration &Vendor Management Work closely with System, Electrical, and Manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility Lead internal teams or external partners in co-development projects Manage vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality sub-systems 🔹 Deployment &Customer Support Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and customer-site deployment Resolve field issues and support system performance improvements based on real-world feedback What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision engineering Strong fundamentals in mechanical design, including tolerance stack-up and FEA Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3DCAD tools (mandatory) Exposure to vision systems, thermal modelling, or measurement techniques is an advantage Hands-on, with a passion for building, testing, and troubleshooting real systems Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment Willing to travel and support critical project phases when required
