About the Role At AGPG ASIA PTE LTD , we are looking for a driven, proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing wholesale team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth. You will manage existing customer accounts while actively expanding our presence across industries including F&B, offices, hotels, retailers and distributors. We are looking for someone with ambition, initiative and leadership potential, with opportunities to grow into a management role as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales. Prospect and acquire new B2B customers across various industries. Reactivate dormant customer accounts and expand the customer portfolio. Respond to sales enquiries and prepare quotations & invoices promptly. Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximise conversion. Conduct customer visits and meetings when required. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and business meetings. Perform daily sales outreach through calls, emails and messaging platforms. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets. Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Perform other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, wholesale or distribution. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google sheets and ERP systems. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is an advantage.
