Job Position: Production Supervisor Monthly Salary: From $3,000 onwards Job Responsibilities Supervise production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Implement production schedules and assign tasks to meet production targets. Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and efficiency. Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when necessary. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality meets standards. Requirements: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands. Experience in troubleshooting production-related issues.
