Job Position: Production Management Trainee Monthly Salary: From $3,000 onwards Job Responsibilities Learn and understand all aspects of food production, quality control, and safety standards. Assist in production planning and execution to meet daily targets. Work closely with production supervisors to manage workflow and manpower allocation. Monitor and report on production efficiency, waste reduction, and process improvements. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. Participate in hands-on training across various production functions. Assist in equipment maintenance coordination and troubleshooting minor issues. Support process optimization projects and suggest improvements. Requirements: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
