Job Position: QC Inspector Monthly Salary: From $2,500 onwards Job Responsibilities Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities. Monitor production schedules and adjust operations to meet targets efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Support and train production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Work with the maintenance team to resolve machinery or equipment issues promptly. Maintain production records and prepare reports for management review. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, procurement, and logistics. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Experience with quality testing equipment and documentation. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
