Position Overview: The Driver & Administrative Assistant is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of robots, equipment, and personnel in support of vessel attendances, robot deployments, deliveries, and other operational activities. This role requires flexibility to meet dynamic business and operational requirements, including occasional work outside standard office hours, shift-based assignments, and early morning or late-night deployments. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible. The successful candidate should be dependable, adaptable, and willing to support business-critical operations whenever required. Key Responsibilities: Transportation & Logistics Safely transport robots, equipment, and personnel for vessel attendances, robot deployments, deliveries, and operational activities Coordinate with the Operations team on transportation schedules and route planning Manage parking, port access, and entry requirements at ports, shipyards, and operational sites Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicles remain in good operating condition Track fuel consumption, maintain vehicle logs, and report any maintenance requirements Support general staff transportation as required Inventory & Parts Collection Collect spare parts, components, and supplies from suppliers, vendors, and warehouses Ensure all collected items are handled safely and delivered in good condition Verify deliveries and coordinate with the relevant internal teams Administrative/Production Support Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, deliveries, and vehicle utilization using ERP systems and Excel Assist with document filing, courier coordination, and receiving and distributing deliveries Support robot production and logistics documentation Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational activities Ensure all transportation and operational records are completed accurately and on time Qualifications & Experience: The following are preferred: Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a clean driving record Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving commercial vehicles, vans, or pickup trucks Familiarity with Singapore roads, ports, shipyards, and industrial areas Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp Experience using ERP systems or inventory tracking systems is an advantage Experience in a Driver-cum-Operations role is preferred Soft Skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Flexible and adaptable to changing operational schedules Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Physically fit and able to load and unload robots and equipment safely Committed to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence Why Join Aliciabots?
