Job Summary Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team to ensure service quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations to maintain high service quality and compliance with food safety standards Manage staff training programs to enhance team skills and performance Schedule employee shifts effectively to ensure adequate coverage during shifts, weekends, and public holidays Monitor and evaluate staff performance to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Control operational costs and manage inventory to meet financial and business objectives Drive customer satisfaction through proactive service management and issue resolution Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated in managing restaurant teams Bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English
