Group Finance Director (Funding & Transformation)

About the Role We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore to identify an experienced finance leader to drive healthcare funding strategy, finance transformation, and enterprise-wide financial governance initiatives. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this role will lead the development and implementation of funding models, financial planning frameworks, budgeting transformation, and finance technology initiatives to support long-term organisational sustainability and healthcare transformation objectives. Responsibilities Healthcare Funding & Financial Strategy Lead the development and implementation of healthcare funding and resource allocation frameworks. Partner with government agencies and key stakeholders on funding methodologies, policy implementation, and financing initiatives. Evaluate funding implications and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Support the design and enhancement of sustainable healthcare financing models. Finance Transformation & Enterprise Planning Drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning transformation initiatives. Develop resource allocation methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, and management reporting capabilities. Establish governance processes, financial controls, and accountability frameworks across the organisation. Design executive dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making. Payment Models & Financial Governance Lead the implementation and governance of provider payment and reimbursement models. Ensure alignment between funding mechanisms, operational objectives, and organisational performance outcomes. Oversee financial modelling, reporting integration, and process standardisation initiatives.
