Nurse Manager (Renal)

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager (Renal Dialysis) to lead our dialysis centre and drive excellence in clinical care, operational efficiency, and staff development. Key Responsibilities As the Nurse Manager, you will: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the dialysis centre. Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, holistic, and high-quality haemodialysis care. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, particularly in managing complex dialysis cases. Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient confidentiality. Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching, training, and performance management. Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Develop and implement clinical guidelines, quality improvement initiatives, and best practices. Support accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Minimum Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board. Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board practising licence. Certification in Renal Nursing (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience in managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Passion for mentoring and developing nursing professionals. Commitment to delivering patient-centred, safe, and quality healthcare.
