Legal Executive - M&A

Baker& McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Mergers& Acquisitions (M&A) practice group. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-year relevant experience gained in an international law firm, with exposure to M&A transactions, corporate transactions, due diligence, document drafting and transaction management. Candidates with experience in private M&A, commercial contracts, acquisition finance, real estate finance or trade finance as well as experience supporting cross-border matters and working with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions will be an advantage. We are looking for individuals who combine an impressive academic track record with strong technical skills. Personal qualities are equally important to us, so we are keen on candidates who take initiative, are committed to excellence, and strong problem-solving abilities. We also want candidate who are comfortable working in teams where friendship is valued.
