Working closely with the Sales Capability Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of capability-building initiatives that enhance field force performance and execution excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities Sales Capability Development Support the execution of the annual Sales Capability Roadmap aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities. Assist in identifying capability gaps through performance analysis, field observations, and stakeholder feedback. Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Sales Academy programs and internal capability-building initiatives. Contribute to the development of learning content, training materials, and capability frameworks. Training Delivery & Field Coaching Facilitate selected training modules, workshops, and capability development initiatives. Translate commercial strategies into practical tools and learning materials for field teams. Conduct regular field visits to assess execution quality and reinforce learning adoption.
