Facilities Officer (Entry-Level Candidates Welcome | Salary Up To $3.5K | 11-Month Contract)

Join a facilities management team and be involved in the day-to-day operations, maintenance and improvement of key facilities. This role provides valuable exposure to preventive maintenance, contractor coordination and upgrading projects while working alongside various stakeholders to deliver a safe and well-maintained environment. 📍 Nearest MRT: Stadium (East Region) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm 💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month (commensurate with experience) 📅 Contract Duration: 11 months Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain safe, operational and well-maintained. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors on maintenance schedules, repair works and service requirements. Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements. Support preventive maintenance planning, cyclical replacement initiatives and facility improvement projects. Track maintenance expenses, process documentation and maintain accurate records for operational reporting. Assist in facilities upgrading projects, including coordination, progress monitoring and quality checks. Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, building operations and user experience. Provide support for other facilities management and operational duties as assigned. Key Requirements: Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification. Qualifications in Facilities Management or related fields will be advantageous. 1–2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building operations or facilities management. Experience in contractor management, maintenance coordination or preventive maintenance will be an advantage. Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
