BLCK Hospitality is a growing multi-outlet nightlife group operating multiple venues across Singapore. We are focused on strengthening our operations, improving team structure, and building the right foundation for long-term growth. We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to lead our energetic service crew team, ensuring smooth floor operations and creating a fun, seamless experience for our patrons. Responsibilities: Oversee smooth floor operations with the Front of House team, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Coordinate service to deliver efficient food and drink orders while maintaining a positive guest experience Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally, including addressing work-related issues in a fair and timely manner Lead, motivate, and support the team, including on-the-job training and daily guidance Ensure adherence to strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols, partner with Logistics and Procurement for optimal inventory levels Support managers to uphold service excellence through staff feedback, standard enforcement, administrative tasks, scheduling, and resolving complex guest issues What are we looking for: Excellent communication ensures seamless interaction with both staff and management Proactive problem-solving ensures smooth operations and a positive guest experience Adaptable and maintains composure in a fast-paced environment Team player who collaborates well and contributes to a positive, supportive workplace culture Required Academic Qualifications & Experience Minimum "O" Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English. Prior supervisory experience within hospitality industry Work Environment: Primarily based at our establishment, with occasional support at sister outlets if required.
