About this role

Responsibilities Assisting the Customer Service Manager in developing and managing the team to achieve set KPIs and Targets through the delivery of high levels of customer service experience. Ensure the area of responsibility is well managed and the overall daily operations are well coordinated and smooth. To develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with Customers. Developing, handling and answering feedback and complaints from the customers and using this feedback to improve customer experience. Monthly reports tabulations and assisting the Customer Service Manager in analysing the data. Devise and evaluate methods for collecting quantitative and qualitative data. Act as a brand guardian for online and offline communications. Qualifications and Selection Criteria Diploma/Degree in Business or related field. Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in customer relations or related fields Meticulous with a creative flair Strong organizational and time management skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
