About this role

Responsibilities : Support the design, review, and implementation of compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures, job grading frameworks, salary bands, and incentive schemes. Manage and administer the annual performance review cycle and KPI-setting process, ensuring alignment between individual performance and reward outcomes. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation positioning within the technology industry. Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and annual compensation reviews. Oversee or support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Review and administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, company events, and corporate social responsibility programs. Develop, maintain, and communicate policies, guidelines, and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and employee welfare. Support HRIS initiatives, including system implementation, migration, process improvements, and data integrity management. Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce analytics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience. Experience in the technology industry or a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, job evaluation, and benefits administration. Experience in designing or enhancing compensation frameworks and reward structures will be an advantage. Familiarity with payroll processes, HRIS platforms, and HR analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
