Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily site operations for cable laying, jointing, tunneling, and associated civil works. Monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress and technical matters. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, manpower deployment, and material records. Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization. Resolve on-site issues and support timely completion of project milestones. Attend site coordination meetings and toolbox briefings.
