Pr & Corporate Communications Manager

Job Scope Develop, implement and lead the overarching PR and corporate communications roadmap for the pre-launch, launch and operational phases of the project Navigate complex, multi-agency to government relationships to ensure unified messaging across all public-facing narratives Set up the entity's standard operating procedures for media engagement, press office, functions and tracking protocols Build and maintain strong networks with mainstream editors, journalists, defence correspondents, lifestyle media and digital content creators Design and implement the entity's 1st Crisis Communication Plan for various high-stakes scenarios Oversee the digital PR roadmap, working closely with marketing teams to synchronize social media messaging, website copy and community outreach Establish channels to listen to and address public feedback, ensuring the community feels a genuine sense of belonging to the venue Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations/Marketing&/Journalism related fields · Minimum 10 yrs & above of professional experience in Corporate Communications, PR with media relations & min 5 years in a leadership/senior managerial capacity. · Proven experience managing high-stakes crisis communications with major public infrastructure, national events or public sector issues. · Prior experience in a start-up or greenfield business division · Exceptional written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
