Technical Executive @ Toa Payoh

Job Scope: You will be part of a team in the engineering department involved in technical processing of submissions for addition and alteration (A&A) works to existing properties and technical submissions by other agencies e.g. IMDA, NEA etc. You will schedule the renovation audit at prefab blks carried out by appointed building inspector. To manage the audit carry out in accordance with contractual requirements. You are required to compile reports for the audits performed at scheduled period. You are required to interact with consultants, contractors, Branch offices as well as residents to resolve A&A issues and ensure compliance Requirements: Possess a good background in Civil and Structural Engineering. Those with at least 5 years of working experience in preparation of Civil and Structural Engineering project drawings and/or supervision of civil engineering and building projects will be preferred. Experience and good knowledge of relevant structural detailing, BIM and modelling software, construction technology and with good communication skills will be an asset. $18/hour Mondays to Fridays office hours 3 months to 1 year contract EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
